Reeling in another international opportunity, Ecofish has signed a contract for Technical Consulting for the Fish Elevator Design at Huangdeng Hydroelectric Project on Lancang River, Southwest China. The proposed dam will be fitted with a fish elevator to help lift migratory fish over the 203 meter high dam. Ecofish was retained by PowerChina Kunming Engineering Corporation Ltd. to summarize the design, operation, monitoring, and management of typical existing fish lifts to support the design of the fish elevator. Once designed, our specialists will review the proposed lift and make recommendations on how to optimize efficiency.
