Cedric is a Sr. Advisor at Ecofish Research Ltd., with more than 15 years of applied environmental management experience. He leads the Construction Environmental Management and Monitoring (CEMM) Group. Prior to joining Ecofish, he formed a successful environmental consulting firm, ECODynamic Solutions (EDS) Inc., leading the group to become recognized experts in third party environmental management and monitoring services with expertise in providing compliance/assurance inspections to developers throughout the province.
Cedric has a strong technical background in environmental sciences, which he combines with years of applied construction monitoring experience (primary and third party) to provide construction environmental management advice to government (e.g., FLNRO, EAO, DFO), industry, non-profit organizations (e.g., CEBC), and First Nation. One of his key strengths is developing and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients and agencies alike.
His past experience includes delivering courses in erosion and sediment control, electrofishing, fish identification, and field techniques for fisheries assessments with Vancouver Island University, and he has worked with industry, First Nations, community groups, and all levels of government.
