Manager of Science Practices

Pamela is a senior project manager and water quality scientist with 18 years’ experience designing and implementing aquatic monitoring programs across BC. She has led data collection and analysis to support environmental assessments and permitting for client projects ranging from small municipal effluent discharges to hydropower, navigational dredging, dock and port construction, and linear energy development.

As Manager of Ecofish’s Science Practices department, Ms. Dinn coordinates our team of scientists who are industry leaders in water resource and terrestrial biology, data analysis, data analysis and environmental permitting to support evidence-based decision making.
